Quite simply, food safety is absolute. That’s why multiple control processes and protocols are in place to ensure uncompromised safety at every step, from raw product intake to processing, shipping, and in-store placement. These processes are supported by highly trained staff, leading edge software, and fully equipped food laboratories in each service centre. All Vantage employees are food safety certified and each Vantage service centre is:

  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) certified
  • Government approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in the U.S.
  • Open for inspection—always
